This wonderful team picture shows what is possibly the 1956 Donalsonville Seminoles.
They only identified player is Joe Laney, bottom row, far left. Laney is not listed in the record books as having played for Donalsonville, but his picture has been confirmed by his family. The player in the middle row, far left looks like Nesbit Wilson, which leads me to guess that this is the 1956 team. If anyone can identify any of the other players, left me know |
