Charles East went to a reunion of the semi-pro « Thomasville Ramblers » in Thomasville,
Alabama in June of 2002. . He reports that around 15 of the former players from 1940’s and 1950’s showed up, including former AFL player, Robert England. The Thomasville Ramblers played in numerous semi-pro leagues, including the Blackbelt League and the Pine Belt League. There are two players Charles also talked with length with Jack Cleary, |
