AFL South All Stars
AFL  North All Stars
The league scheduled their third All star game for July 30th.  The game was
played originally going to be played in Troy, but was moved to Montgomery to take
advantage of Cramton Bowl (currently the home of the annual Blue-Gray football
game). The format was returned to 1938’s north/south structure.  The North
squad consisted of players from Tallassee, Troy, and Greenville. The South
consisted of players from Dothan, Andalusia, and Brewton. The North team won, 12-10.
Scouts from the Cleveland Indians, New York Yankees, Detroit Tigers, and
New York Giants were in attendance.
