The league scheduled their second All star game for July 28th.  The game was
played in Dothan before a crowd of 2100 fans. The format was different from 1938’s
North/South format.  This time the league leader by early July, in this
case Dothan, faced a team made up of players from the other 5 franchises. Dothan
won the contest, 6-5.
